This is the most popular way to jailbreak ios and 3gs Sn0wbreeze 1.6.2 has just been released. This new update brings fixes for YouTube, iBooks and iTunes Error 2 which has been problematic for most users after iOS 4 jailbreak. Apart from this, this new version also brings support old bootrom Spirit jailbreak tool users who can now jailbreak their device on iOS 4 with Sn0wbreeze. The iPhone 4 camera feature a 5 megapixel camera with 5x digital zoom, and an LED flash. This is an upgrade over the iPhone 3GS’s 3 MP camera. The iPhone 4 camera also features a backside illumination sensor, which allows for better shooting in lower lighting situations. The camera also supports 720p video at 30 frames per second, which is an increase of VGA/640×480 at 30 fps on the 3GS. Includes test/demo video and still shots comparing the 3GS. How to jailbreak iPhone 3GS using PurpleRa1n: 1. Make sure you have installed the latest version of iTunes from the link fileml.com 2. Download PurpleRa1n. fileml.com Download dotnet3 fileml.com Download cydia fileml.com Link Pwnagetool 3.1.5: bit.ly 3. Plug in your iPhone to your computer. Make sure iTunes is closed. 4. Run PurpleRa1n and click Make it Ra1n. You should get a message saying that your iPhone is waiting for reboot. Your iPhone will then reboot in recovery mode and you should see the image above on your iPhone screen. If you dont see this image after a few minutes, then it probably failed and you have to repeat the process (remember, I told you it is very unstable). 5. After a few minutes, your iPhone will reboot and you will have a new icon on your springboard: Freeze. 6. Launch the Freeze app and install Cydia from there. 7. Once Cydia is installed, close Freeze and reboot your iPhone. 8. Launch Cydia and do a complete update. 9. Should you want to get rid of the Freeze icon, install CyDelete from Cydia, and delete the Freeze icon as you would delete an App Store app (hold until the icons wiggle and delete it). 10. Should you want to unlock your iPhone 3GS, simply install UltraSn0w from Cydia. Thats it.
