Install Umbrella.dmg 2. Open Umbrella 3. Connect device in Recovery Mode (steps below) 4. Go to System Profiler, USB, Apple Device (Recovery Mode) and copy the 16 digit ECID number 5. Open Umbrella and paste the ECID previously copied in the ECID blank 6. Select your device and 3.1.3 in Device Version 7. Select Apple under SHSH Repository 8. Click Submit and the status at the bottom should say success 9. No physical file will be created. Just know your SHSH has successfully been saved. HOW TO USE AUTOSHSH (PC): 1. Open AutoSHSH 2. Connect device in Recovery Mode (steps below) 3. Click Grab my ECID at top 4. Name the .shsh file and choose where to save 5. You’re done. Don’t do anything with the file, it will automatically be used when downgrading (if necessary). HOW TO ENTER RECOVERY MODE: 1. Turn off device completely 2.
