i used purplera1n when i first got my 3gs, then they came out with 3.0.1 and then used redsnow.

too many people have already taken the update in firmware without the backup via the ecid deal. dev team apparently have now cracked it and are generating the new snow/pwn programs to solve the jailbreak for the iphone 3gs on firmware 3.1. that cuts out the bull shit. give it a little more time and there will be another 300 more vids on youtube shortly on the how 2s soon lol i hate fuckers tryin to know what there on about. when really they all get there shit from one source. dev team!
