When it is stuck telling you to activate that is when you use blackra1n program to jailbreak (use the guide in the video description).

Hey, im currently running firmware 3.0 on my unlocked 3GS.
do you suggest i upgrade to baseband 05.11.07 & then unlock or should i stay put on the earlier baseband by using CUSTOM 3.1.2 firmware?

Need help, I was able to jailbreak 3.1.2 with blackra1n but when I try to install jailbroken apps thru itunes, it says its sync and installed but the apps does not show up on the iphone. thanks
