I tried installing a theme and after it the reboot it will not restart the phone..i only get the apple logo for a few mintues then blank…i have i phone 3gs with current 3.1.2

seriously, i’ve been trying this method all damn night.
here’s what worked for me
actually download the ispw from the sidebar. use that one. shift restore, cancel all carrier settings. close itunes, then follow the directions at 2:39. works perfectly. iphone 3g 16gb

Hi can you tell me why this keeps happing i bought an iphone 3gs 1 day ago and is on 3.1.2 and i did this jail break it worked but the only thing is if i power off the phone then turn it back on it come up with the usb logo and the itunes lago then i plug it in to the computer because that is the only thing i can and then it makes me restore my iphone i have done this about 3-4 times now can you plz help

hey I had to do this jailbreak twice! if you all are having problems its probably because you downloaded cydia and rock like he said in 5:35. if you download both cydia wont work and therefore you will have to restore your ipod/iphone and do it all over again. MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD CYDIA ONLY!!!

My jailbroken iphone is probably the best piece of electronics I have in my house, I use it for basically everything, but the ipad is supposed to have so many more better apps.
